    Miranda Blackwelder is a proud native Floridian with deep roots in the Tampa Bay area. Growing up along Florida’s Gulf Coast, Miranda witnessed the evolution and growth of the real estate market in both Tampa and Sarasota—two regions she now proudly serves as a licensed Florida REALTOR®.

    Miranda’s path to real estate is anything but ordinary. At just nineteen, she became the first American to graduate as a professional ballerina from the prestigious Tallinn Ballet School in Estonia. Her passion for excellence, discipline, and high performance led her next to the skies. She earned her Private Pilot Certificate and pursued her love of aviation at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where she earned both a bachelor’s degree in Air Traffic Management and a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Leadership.

    For over a decade, Miranda served the flying public as an Air Traffic Controller with the FAA—an experience that sharpened her communication, precision, and decision-making skills. Today, she brings those same qualities to real estate: focus, trustworthiness, and a calm command under pressure.
